One of the trickiest planning applications I have dealt with in a long time but, finally, I have secured full-plans approval for alterations to this stunning Dutch-style dwelling in Farnham, Surrey.

With so much to consider with the works to this dwelling such as Green-belt restrictions, Conservation Area approval and the actual issues with the site location itself I consider this a firm result! The original application had to be reduced down by 20% and re-application put in due to previous applications not being declared and thus went over the allowed Green-Belt restrictions but working closely with conservation at Farnham BC, we agreed on a final result and it only took six months!

Now on to the building regulations drawings, which at 4000 sq foot of property – this is no easy task J
