Extensions and alterations to a very beautiful turn of the century cottage in Steep, Hampshire. The existing layouts area wise were actually very good, however cumulatively they were not laid out in the best fashion. The existing dwelling had also not been touched for 30 years and due a complete makeover internally and externally.

The result ended in a large 3 double-bedroomed cottage each with their own en-suite over 2 floors. To the ground floor a refurbishment of the existing living room and a single-storey extension providing a new kitchen and dining area, overlooking the manicured gardens via the bi-fold doors.

The interior fit out of the dwelling was to the highest quality with many bespoke commissioned pieces such as a hand-built kitchen and made-to-measure windows and doors to match the profile of its neighbour. The colour palette was kept neutral and simple with splashes of colours in key areas.
