Belgravia, London

A stunning interior refurbishment of this Grade II Listed Mews property in collaboration with a London interior designer that took over 2 years to complete. Having a Grade II Listed status meant we were not allowed to the alter the elevations and heavily restricted on works to the interior space as well. The Conservation Officer insisted the staircase remained insitu and this took up a good ¼ of the internal space.

Our client wanted something traditional in style, finish and colour and being French wanted to draw on the roots of her childhood home, and the colour grey was not permitted!

We revised the layouts to suit removing walls we were allowed to whilst trying to satisfy building control’s requirements being set over 4 floors of habitable space; not an easy challenge. However, the resultant finish ended up with a stunning finish of over 2,500 square foot set over 4 floors with rich brass, dark walnuts apple white tones punctured with colour from eclectic placed furniture set against strategically place floor to ceiling mirrored walls.
