We are delighted to have lodged a planning application for our project in Shepperton, Surrey. The scheme involves a re-calibration of a previous planning application made by another practice where it would simply not work. The revised scheme allows for a large open-plan kitchen and living area with new separate formal lounge with the old dining room being turned into back-up utility and WC space. Our client’s main priority was to ensure the kitchen and formal living areas opened up in to the garden with the use of large bi-folding doors, encapsulating the stunning views.

First floor a large double bedroom, dressing area and en-suite stepping up from a 3 to 4 double bedroom house. To add a bit of drama the new bedroom will be vaulted full height internally with a large Juliet-balcony for those summer months.

We like to think the scheme has been designed out to add some serious value both financially and with the increase of quality of life.
